Liz Litsas
CEO, CFO
Liz is the owner and operator of NorCal Logistics. She has been with the company since its inception in 2004 and seized an opportunity to acquire the company in 2010. Liz takes great pride in ensuring that NorCal Logistics is the premier delivery service contactor in the district. Liz oversees the company and is jokingly referred to as the “money lady.” Outside of running a successful company, Liz enjoys Liz enjoys spending time with her children, traveling for work and enjoys the hot NorCal Summers.
Vinit
Operations Manager
Fueled by coffee and a love for all things automotive, Vinit is our Operations Manager. He works tirelessly to optimize delivery routes, maintain fleet vehicles, and ensure all day-to day operations run smoothly. Vinit has been working in logistics for 18 years. Prior to working for NorCal, he was an owner operator. He came to NorCal as a driver in 2017 and soon after found himself in his current role. He takes extreme pride and ownership in his role with NorCal and is often found maintaining the fleet and giving constructive feedback to team members.
